This Service Pack contains a modified version of one or more program modules. The modification is not a full upgrade or a product replacement; it is a temporary program fix that is valid only until we release an update that incorporates the changes to the product.

Fixes in Service Pack 1

RETRIEVING ARCHIVED CASH BATCHES
With the released version of the Create Recurring Cash Batch function, some users may have experienced invoice numbers from an earlier entry moved to the details in a later entry. This occurred only if the original batch had included deleted batch entries. The Service Pack corrects this problem.

IMPORTING CUSTOMERS
The released version of the Import Customers function would incorrectly right-align the Tax Group code. The Service Pack corrects this.

POSTING ADJUSTMENTS
The released version of the Post Adjustment Batch function occasionally encounter Catastrophic errors when posting a Job Costing related adjustment to a Retainage invoice or entry. This has been corrected by the Service Pack.

CONVERTING PRE-6.1A DATABASES
When converting from a pre-6.1A database to the 7.0A database, users would experience a Catastrophic error noting that the file "ARCN61" was missing. This Service Pack includes the missing file, allowing the user to upgrade properly.

Note that the Service Pack must be installed before choosing the database from the start list, so that the file will be in place before conversion starts.
